Piloted in 2004 at Vancouver General Hospital and the GF Strong Rehabilitation Centre in Vancouver, and Foothills Hospital in Calgary, the RHSCIR is a comprehensive national database that tracks a broad range of outcomes for people with traumatic forms of spinal cord injury.
