It was demonstrated in field trials at Gagetown that the analogue and digital High Angular Resolution Laser Irradiation Detector(HARLID) will significantly improve laser warning systems for helicopters and land systems. HARLID was recognized as a technical breakthrough by a Quebec Inventions Award.
