We are a non-government organization composed of all private woodlot owners and wood producers in York, Sunbury and Charlotte(YSC) counties in New Brunswick. We were established to market forest products harvested on 730, 000 acres of private land and to offer support and service to the 6, 600 woodlot owners and the 800 wood producers of this region. We negotiate and contract with various wood using companies to establish wood prices, volumes and delivery schedules on behalf of our members. Although the organization is involved in forest management and a program to determine long-term wood supply, we can not tell any woodlot owner whether or not they can cut, nor whom they can sell their wood to. 2, record 4, English, - York%2DSunbury%2DCharlotte%20Forest%20Products%20Marketing%20Board

Bioproductivity of land is the capacity of land to produce primary biological products. It is generally expressed by the weight of plants per unit area and per year either as dry organic matter or as carbon. For harvested crops it is expressed by the weight of useful product in kilograms or tonnes per hectare and per growing season. bioproductivity varies all over the world, for it is very dependent on the type of plant, the climate, and the soil. 2, record 7, English, - bio%2Dproductivity
