Anaplasmosis, also known as human granulocytic anaplasmosis, is a tickborne disease caused by the bite of a tick carrying the bacterium Anaplasma phagocytophilum. Two tick species, the blacklegged tick(Ixodes scapularis) and western blacklegged tick(Ixodes pacificus), are known to carry the bacterium. There have also been rare, reported cases associated with blood transfusion. 5, record 1, English, - human%20granulocytic%20anaplasmosis

Anaplasmosis generally presents with nonspecific symptoms such as fever, chills, malaise, headaches, and myalgias. On rare occasions, a rash may be present. The patient may also report nonspecific gastrointestinal (GI) or respiratory symptoms. A low number of patients manifest with life-threatening complications. 6, record 1, English, - human%20granulocytic%20anaplasmosis

7, record 1, French, - anaplasmose%20granulocytaire%20humaine

In the Grain Research Laboratory, texture of cooked spaghetti is measured on an apparatus that attempts to characterize cooking quality using three parameters. Tenderness index is related to bite, compressibility to firmness, and recovery to chewiness. These have been found to be related to values of shear force obtained on the Instron and to values obtained by sensory evaluation. 1, record 3, English, - tenderness%20index

1, record 3, French, - indice%20de%20tendret%C3%A9

Anaerobic organisms require an oxygen free environment to grow normally. Strict anaerobes are actually inhibited from growing in the presence of oxygen. Anaerobes represent 5-10% of all clinical infections. Areas of the body with normal amounts of anaerobic flora are the regions most susceptible to anaerobic infection. Anaerobic infections usually have the following characteristics : foul smelling discharge, proximity to mucosal membrane, necrotic tissue, gas formation in tissues or discharge infection following a bite. 1, record 4, English, - anaerobic%20infection
