Artificial intelligence-induced psychosis is a relatively new term to describe a condition where prolonged or intense interactions with artificial intelligence(AI) tools lead to or exacerbate psychotic symptoms in vulnerable individuals. Although AI was intended to improve communication, workflow, and aid productivity, increased dependence and usage of AI have raised potential psychological risks. With the rise of AI chatbots used in daily life, the possibility of AI-related psychosis is a growing concern for mental health professionals. 1, record 1, English, - artificial%20intelligence%2Dinduced%20psychosis

Diabetic macular ischemia(DMI) is a common problem for patients with diabetic retinopathy that can lead to sight loss.... DMI is linked to damage in the vessels that supply blood to the retina—specifically in layers known as the superficial vascular complex, deep vascular complex and choriocapillaris... These layers supply oxygen to the macula, which is the central part of the retina responsible for sharp, high-quality vision... Reduced retinal blood flow and vessel density have been associated with photoreceptor disruption and subsequent vision loss... In addition, DMI is characterised by the enlargement of the foveal avascular zone(FAZ), which in turn is linked to vision loss... 1, record 5, English, - diabetic%20macular%20ischemia

Tidal gravitational fields lead to differential deflection of light bundles. The size and shape of their cross sections are therefore changed. Since photons are neither emitted nor absorbed in the process of gravitational light deflection, the surface brightness of lensed sources remains unchanged. Changing the size of the cross section of a light bundle therefore changes the flux observed from a source. The different images in multiple-image systems generally have different fluxes. The images of extended sources, i. e. sources which can observationally be resolved, are deformed by the gravitational tidal field. 3, record 6, English, - tidal%20gravitational%20field

Some papers selected single-arm space robots as actuators to touch and capture the target spacecraft in space. The in-orbit screw-driving manipulation by a single-arm space robot... can cause the rotation and translation of the target spacecraft. Since the target is a free-floating spacecraft that is not a fixed object on the ground, the target will have reactive translational motion and rotation when external forces and torques are applied to the target spacecraft during the screwdriving process. However, the translation and rotation of the target spacecraft can influence the control accuracy of the space robot, which may lead to failures during the screw-driving process. Unlike single-arm space robots, dual-arm space robots can use the cooperation of the two arms to accomplish more complicated space tasks effectively. Therefore, dual-arm space robots can be introduced to carry out the in-orbit screw-driving operation by the mission arm and maintain the position and attitude of the target spacecraft by the other arm. 1, record 7, English, - single%2Darm%20space%20robot

... one reason that bone health is difficult to maintain is that the skeleton is simultaneously serving two different functions that are in competition with each other. First, bone must be responsive to changes in mechanical loading or weight bearing, both of which require strong bones that have ample supplies of calcium and phosphorus. When these elements are in short supply the regulating hormones take them out of the bone to serve vital functions in other systems of the body. Thus the skeleton can be likened to a bank where we can deposit calcium or phosphorus and then withdraw them later in times of need. However, too many withdrawals weaken the bone and can lead to the most common bone disorder, fractures. 3, record 12, English, - bone%20health

A rock climbing gym is an indoor facility that allows climbers to train and climb in a safe, controlled environment. Gyms feature walls with textured paneling or molded shapes that are designed to mimic natural rock surfaces. The walls are outfitted with brightly colored plastic or resin climbing holds that are bolted into the wall to create "routes" or paths for climbing. The walls can be built at nearly any angle from vertical to overhanging, allowing for routes and climbing experiences that challenge all abilities. Most gyms have walls dedicated to top-rope climbing, lead climbing, and bouldering. 4, record 13, English, - climbing%20gym

Healthcare facilities in several countries have reported that a type of yeast called Candida auris has been causing severe illness in hospitalized patients. In some patients, this yeast can enter the bloodstream and spread throughout the body, causing serious invasive infections. This yeast often does not respond to commonly used antifungal drugs, making infections difficult to treat. Patients who have been hospitalized in a healthcare facility a long time, have a central venous catheter, or other lines or tubes entering their body, or have previously received antibiotics or antifungal medications, appear to be at highest risk of infection with this yeast. Specialized laboratory methods are needed to accurately identify C. [Candida] auris. A Turk’s head knot is a decorative knot with a basket weave pattern surrounding a cylinder shaped object. The name is used to describe the general family of all such knots rather than one individual knot. The most common use for the Turk’s head is to mark the "king spoke" of a vessel’s wheel; when this spoke is upright the rudder is in a central position. Otherwise, the knot is used mostly for decoration, and occasionally as anti-chafing protection. The number of leads of a Turk’s head is the number of crossings it makes as it goes around the circumference of the cylinder. The number of bends is the number of strands along the long axis of the cylinder. Depending on the number of leads and bends, a Turk’s head may be tied using a single strand or multiple strands. Mathematically, the number of strands is the greatest common divisor of the number of leads and the number of bends; the knot may be tied with a single strand if and only if the two numbers are coprime. The knot was originally named because of its resemblance to a turban. 6, record 40, English, - Turk%27s%20head

The ICBL was launched in October 1992 by a group of six non-governmental organizations : Handicap International, Human Rights Watch, Medico International, Mines Advisory Group, Physicians for Human Rights and Vietnam Veterans of America Foundation. These founding organizations witnessed the horrendous effect of mines on the communities they were working with in Africa, Asia, the Middle East and Latin America and saw how mines hampered and even prevented their development efforts in these countries. The International Campaign to Ban Landmines(ICBL) is a global network in over 70 countries that works for a world free of antipersonnel landmines and cluster munitions, where landmine and cluster munition survivors can lead fulfilling lives. The Campaign was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in recognition of its efforts to bring about the 1997 Mine Ban Treaty. Since then, we have been advocating for the words of the treaty to become a reality, demonstrating on a daily basis that civil society has the power to change the world. As a member of the Cluster Munition Coalition, the ICBL is engaged in the global effort to ban cluster munitions and to address their humanitarian impact. In December 2006, the ICBL decided to engage extensively in the global effort to prohibit cluster munitions. This marked the first time that the ICBL had become significantly engaged on an issue other than antipersonnel mines. The main reasons for the ICBL' s decision were that cluster munitions inevitably end up leaving behind large numbers of unexploded ’duds’ which behave essentially like antipersonnel mines; that many ICBL members had been already working extensively on cluster munitions; and that international efforts to achieve a global ban on cluster munitions were at a crucial point, a point where the ICBL could have a meaningful impact. 1, record 47, English, - International%20Campaign%20to%20Ban%20Landmines

1, record 47, French, - Campagne%20internationale%20pour%20interdire%20les%20mines

In relation to surfactant biodegradability, it is important to distinguish between primary and ultimate biodegradation. For example, the loss of the ester sulphate groups from surfactants such as sodium dodecyl sulphate or sodium dodecyltriethoxy sulphate would be a primary biodegradation step that would lead to an immediate loss of susfactant properties.... For the most part, industry and water and sewage authorities have been content to ensure that new surfactant products do undergo reasonably rapid primary and ultimate biodegradation and a variety of laboratory tests have been developed specifically since the advent of synthetic surfactants. 4, record 54, English, - primary%20biodegradation

7, record 64, French, - nanomat%C3%A9riau

Catch basins have a sump area below the outflow pipe that enables sediment to be collected, whereas drain inlets lead directly to the outflow pipe. The advantage of the catch basin over the drain inlet is that, although the sump must be cleaned out periodically, a catch basin will cause less sedimentation in the drainage system. This reduces the problem of clogged and damaged drainage pipes, which are much more difficult and expensive to maintain than the sump portion of a catch basin. 6, record 74, English, - inlet

In my time as a Nuclear Operator at the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station, I spent approximately three years as a Supervised Control Panel Operator. This job involved, among other duties, the performance of a large variety of tests on the reactor components and instrumentation. Communication and leadership skills were of paramount importance to the execution of these tests. Each test involved the coordinated activities of up to ten operators, mechanics and control technicians, with the lead role assumed by myself. I had to ensure that each person involved in the test understood their role precisely and was prepared to follow my orders. Some of the more sensitive tests could have had adverse consequences for both reactor systems and for personnel safety, so it was essential that my communication skills and leadership abilities be well developed. 3, record 84, English, - supervised%20control%20panel%20operator

1, record 94, French, - Le%20Canada%20et%20les%20institutions%20internationales%20%3A%20Relever%20les%20d%C3%A9fis%20du%20XXIe%20si%C3%A8cle

Electric Arc Furnace Dust (EAF Dust) is the airborne dust generated in the steel manufacturing process when metal scrap is electrically melted. It is typically only about 1.5% of the output from a typical mini-mill, but creates an environmental problem which must be handled intelligently. The material is a calcium iron silicate with contaminants of heavy metals such as lead, zinc, cadmium, chromium and others. 4, record 98, English, - electric%20arc%20furnace%20dust

In a typical electric arc furnace(EAF) operation for melting iron-containing scrap, approximately one to two per cent of the charge is converted into dust which is collected in the baghouse. These EAF dusts have been classified as hazardous wastes due to their lead, cadmium and hexavalent chromium contents; however, these dusts also contain large quantities of zinc and iron whose recovery is economically attractive. 5, record 98, English, - electric%20arc%20furnace%20dust
