Baggage tugs are a diverse set of highly maneuverable vehicles used primarily to pull dolly trains between terminal and the aircraft. They are also used for general transport around the ramp area. As such, they are the workhorses of the passenger baggage loading and unloading operations. Some baggage tugs have enclosures for the operator during severe weather, while others have small storage areas to carry tools or small pieces of luggage. 2, record 14, English, - baggage%20tug

Overflows... have been designed for delicate knitted and woven fabrics made of natural and synthetic fibres. They are also found in the carpet sector. The main difference between jet and overflow machines remains in the fact that in jet machines the fabric is transported by the bath flowing at high speed through the nozzle, while with overflows the fabric is transported by the gravitational force of the liquor overflow. A winch(usually not motor driven) is located in the upper part of the machine and the fabric hangs over it. A longer length of textile hangs from the exit side of the winch than from the inlet side. Gravitational forces pull the longer length of textile downward more strongly than the shorter. The fabric is therefore soaked in the bath without any tension(transportation is very gentle). 1, record 15, English, - overflow%20machine

Shear strength [is] a measure of the bond strength or resistance to slippage between two adjacent snow layers. In a snow slab, the slope parallel component of gravity tends to pull the slab downhill while friction and cohesion(shear strength) between snow surfaces act to hold the slab in place. Slippage between the slab and its undersurface can result, and avalanching can result if gravity induced shear stress between layers exceeds the shear strength bonding snow layers together and the tensile, compressive and flank strengths of the slab are not sufficient to hold it in place. Snow layers composed of surface hoar, low density snow, graupel have very low shear strength. 3, record 22, English, - shear%20strength

The world's largest, single lead-zinc orebody occurs at Sullivan, British Columbia. The host rocks are late Precambrian argillites.... This deposit appears to be syngenetic and the lead-zinc minerals form an integral part of the rocks in which they occur. Beneath the central part of the orebody there is a roughly funnel-shaped zone of brecciation and tourmalinization which extends downwards... In places, the matrix of the breccia is heavily mineralized with pyrrhotite... This zone may have been a channelway up which solutions moved to debouch on to the seafloor, to precipitate the ore minerals among the accumulating sediment. The traditional cavesson is made from leather but nylon cavessons are also available. A longeing (lungeing) cavesson has a padded noseband with a jointed metal nosepiece that usually has 3 swivel-mounted rings attached to it. Generally the middle ring is used for longeing (lungeing) unless a horse carries his head to the outside of the circle extremely. In that case, the inside cavesson ring can be used to bend the horse inward on the longeing (lungeing) circle. The side rings are also used for side rein attachment or long line attachment. 4, record 25, English, - caveson%20bridle

In this text I will primarily be talking about the push and pull concepts of information. The web is(mostly) a pull medium : the user clicks links to weave an individual path through available sites and searches actively for information. A good metaphor for the web is a library where anyone can leave their own papers and books on shelves for others to pick up. Many traditional information purveyors have however been trying to implement push into webspace, since then they can also push advertising and so be able to charge sponsors. The increasing use of sponsor graphics and banners on sites with high hits is another expression of this. 2, record 30, English, - push%20and%20pull

There is a need for the student to be actively engaged in problem solving, for her to perceive problems-perhaps even "own" them(Lave, in press). In this way, her viewpoint can be pulled by an iterative process of uncovering current limitations and discovering new problem-solving capabilities that demonstrate a new viewpoint's conceptual superiority. In a retrospective discussion of SOPHIE's pedagogical philosophy, Brown and Burton(1986) suggest that computer-based tutoring systems can have an unusual power to "engage and pull" the student's knowledge state. 1, record 38, English, - engage%20and%20pull
