English, French, Russian and Spanish texts are equally authentic, etc ...». 5, record 4, French, - poursuite

World wheat area has stabilized at just over 228 million hectares. Yield per hectare has increased markedly in many countries over the past 25 years. For the United States, yield has increased by almost 60% and in China it has more than doubled. These increases are in distinct contrast to what is seen in a few other areas of the world where yields remain low. Improves soil and water management, fertilizer use, pest control, improved varieties, better choice of land, power machinery and other technological improvements have been major factors in increased yield. In recent years, yields in most countries have levelled off. In contrast, yields in India, Mexico, Pakistan and some other developing countries continue to rise. There is reason to believe that yields can be raised in nearly all countries by using modern agronomic practices based on agricultural research. 1, record 5, English, - world%20wheat%20area

1, record 5, French, - emblavures%20mondiales
