1, record 1, French, - priorit%C3%A9

In addition to his rights over his own land every landowner has a natural right of support. This is often described as a man's right to have his land supported by his neighbour's land, but it is more accurately described as a right not to have that support removed by his neighbour; for no action lies when the support is removed by natural causes, such as the action of water lying in a gravel pit.(Megarry & Wade, 4th ed., 1975, p. 814). 2, record 3, English, - right%20of%20support

The easement of support is a right acquired over and above the natural rights of support. It may either involve an enhancement to the dominant owner's natural right of support with a corresponding increase of the servient owner's obligations to refrain from interference, or it may involve a diminution of the dominant owner's obligations to refrain from depriving the servient tenement of the support to which the servient owner would otherwise have been entitled. The easement of support may be defined as the right of an owner of buildings not to have the support which the dominant tenement receives from the land or buildings of his neighbour removed without replacement.(Halsbury, 4th ed., Vol. 14, p. 85). 1, record 8, English, - easement%20for%20support

Whether the seller is alleged to have the appearance of an agent or an owner, the cases show that something more than mere possession of the goods in question is required before estoppel can be pleaded. It is necessary for the seller to be armed with some "indicia" which made it appear that he was either the owner or had the right to sell. The mere handing over of a chattel to another does not create an estoppel. There will be no estoppel unless the doctrine of ostensible ownership applies, for example, when the owner gives the recipient a document of title, or, invests him with the "indicia" of ownership.(Fridman, "Sale of Goods", p. 133-134) 1, record 9, English, - doctrine%20of%20ostensible%20ownership

Gross and others have recently advocated liposhaving as a superior alternative to liposuction. With liposhaving, commercially available soft tissue shavers(often employed in endoscopic surgery) are used instead of the liposuction cannula to sharply amputate fat deposits sucked into the shaver with minimal suction. Great care must be taken to activate the blade only when the shaver is in continuous motion and in the appropriate location, in order to avoid over resecting fat and macerating skin edges. In the right hands, liposhaving is quicker and less labor-intensive then traditional liposuction. However, the safety of this technique with respect to damage to surrounding soft tissue and neurovascular structures must be proved unequivocally before it can be recommended for general use. 1, record 12, English, - liposhaving

2, record 16, French, - d%C3%A9border

A state may grant a right of exclusive use over a part of its territory to another state, retaining sovereignty, but conceding the enjoyment of the liberties of the territorial sovereign. Such a grant may be described as a "lease"... these grants do constitute privileges, and in principle their incidence depends on the consent of the territorial sovereign.
