Brand content aims at creating an editorial... experience.... Brand content engages consumers to relate to the brand, because it does not talk about its products, but about a domain of mutual interest between the brand and its public.... Brands without "brand content" will be absent as the main source of information of consumers. Consumers do not visit sites to be exposed to a sales pitch. To lead, brands will have to deliver content on the [Web]. As a result they will need to think of themselves as media, as curators, as publishers and as a television channel. Brand content gives content to brands, as well as depth and emotion.... Brand content emphasizes the cultural dimension of all brands, and their intangibles.

Though many toddlers prefer a teddy bear or doll, a stuffed animal, a favorite blanket, or even a toy such as a dump truck could be a comfort object at some stages... Some teenagers have been known to still sleep with comfort objects, though they will probably not talk to them as a small child might. The sources of coaching takes many forms. While most articles on coaching talk about how to be effective in coaching others, this one addresses the dynamics of being coached. This article is not primarily for those who work with professional coaches, rather, it focuses on people who look to form learning relationships with other partners. Il ne s'adresse pas d'abord à ceux qui travaillent avec un coach professionnel, mais plutôt à ceux qui cherchent à nouer une relation d'apprentissage avec un autre partenaire. Displays and Control Module (DCM). This is an irregularly shaped box of switches, valves, and digital displays that gets mounted on the chest. It controls the primary life support system and the secondary oxygen pack.

CONT

Displays and Control Module(DCM)... Along the top are switches for power, communications mode selection, caution and warning. There is also a switch that controls the water that is fed to the Liquid Cooling-and-Ventilation Garment. A digital display is used to monitor the various suit circuits. At the top left of this module is an emergency relief valve. If the primary life support system were to ever malfunction, the astronaut would still have access to the secondary oxygen pack. To activate this secondary oxygen pack, all the astronaut would have to do is open a purge valve by squeezing a set of pinchers. This valve releases air pressure on the chest plate-this is the same valve that is used at the end of EVA [Extravehicular Activity] to depressurize the suit. Also on the left, a step down from the purge valve, is the mechanical-suit pressure gauge. Along the right-hand side of the module, are two switches : the ventilation-fan switch and the push-to-talk switch. The ventilation-fan switch can activate and deactivate a fan which circulates air through the helmet and other parts of the suit. The push-to-talk switch is similar to one you would find on a CB [Citizen Band] radio. If the astronaut wants to talk, he has to push the button to be heard, and if he wants to receive voice messages, he has to release the button. On the front of the panel are other controls for volume, temperature, and suit pressure.

You surmise that they have offered your friend the same deal. What do you do? If you both stay silent, both of you will be charged with the lesser crime-a good result. If both of you talk, both will go to jail for a more serious offence, on evidence of each other's testimony-a bad result. But the dilemma is : if you alone stay silent, you will be punished for both offences while your accomplice walks free.

The "prisoner’s dilemma" has been a favourite story of economists for many years, for it illustrates a much more widespread problem: how individual ambition can lead to collective misery. Traffic jams are prisoner’s dilemmas: the more people take individual steps to alleviate congestion (by using public transport) the more they benefit others who do not share their public-spiritedness. Price wars in the airline industry are another example.

Video produced in 1993 by Kinetic Inc., Toronto, Ontario. This video, which is related to Seen... But Not Heard, examines the importance of group therapy and counselling for children who have witnessed their mothers being abused. Dramatic scenes of family life in an abusive situation and of group therapy sessions show why the children need to talk about their problems, fears and anger. The film shows the development of inappropriate behaviour, and how counselling can help children cope with and talk about their experiences, learn better methods to deal with anger and fear, and how to plan escapes from future violent situations.
