There are two distinct scenarios in which early termination of a lease could apply : 1. In cases where the accommodation is being replaced, the exercise of an early termination right is subject to obtaining project approval(either LPA or Effective Project Approval(EPA) for the alternative solution... 2. In cases where no replacement accommodation is required(e. g. program termination), approval from the authority level commensurate with the magnitude of any cost or penalty would be appropriate... 2, record 1, English, - early%20termination

3, record 1, French, - r%C3%A9siliation%20anticip%C3%A9e

In cases where the accommodation is being replaced, the exercise of an early termination right is subject to obtaining project approval(eigther LPA [Lease Project Approval] or Effective Project Approval(EPA)) for the alternative solution. Accordingly, approval to terminate a lease early will form part of the approval process to implement the alternative accommodation solution. An IAR [Investment Analysis Report] will be required to support the LPA or EPA for the alternative accommodation. Any costs associated with exercising the right of early termination would necessarily be incorporated into the Present Value Cost of Accommodation(PVCOA) calculations in the IAR supporting the alternative solution. 2, record 2, English, - alternative%20accommodation

In the NRC [National Research Council of Canada] Solvent Extraction Soil Remediation (SESR) Process, solvent extraction of the soil contaminant(s) occurs concurrently with agglomeration of the dispersed soil particles. Soil is initially mixed with a bulk liquid phase which must be a good solvent for the contaminant but be non-wetting with respect to the particulate surfaces. A minor amount of a second liquid is added which must be immiscible with the suspending phase but preferentially wet the soil particles. For the remediation of contaminated soils the two liquids of choice are a hydrocarbon solvent and water, respectively. 1, record 3, English, - solvent%20extraction%20soil%20remediation%20process

Solvent extraction soil remediation(SESR) is an ex situ process which uses an innovative liquid phase agglomeration(LPA) step to separate fine, dispersed particles from the extracting solvent.... Solvent extraction soil remediation(SESR) is ideally suited to treat soils, sediments and sludges contaminated with a wide variety of organic materials such as PCBs, pesticides, herbicides, PAHs, coal tar wastes, drilling muds, crude oils, and so forth. More importantly it can treat these materials when the solid matrix contains significant amounts of fine particles, including clay and clay-like materials. 3, record 3, English, - solvent%20extraction%20soil%20remediation%20process

1, record 3, French, - proc%C3%A9d%C3%A9%20de%20restauration%20des%20sols%20par%20extraction%20au%20solvant
