Record 1 2008-03-20

English

Subject field(s)
  • Investment
DEF

A mutual fund that provides investors with a portfolio of a fixed or variable mix of the three main asset classes(stocks, bonds and cash equivalents) in a variety of securities.

OBS

Some asset allocation funds maintain a specific proportion of asset classes over time, while others vary the proportional composition in response to changes in the economy and investment markets.

French

Domaine(s)
  • Investissements et placements
DEF

Particulates from the dryer are normally termed "dryer dust", those from the screen cover, weigh and mix area, and hot material elevator are usually called "fugitive dust".

  • Astronomy
  • Astrophysics and Cosmography
CONT

By the time the star reaches the main sequence, it is still chemically homogeneous. As time goes on and the hydrogen fuel in the core is converted into helium, the temperature slowly rises. If the star is sufficiently massive to have a convective core, the material in this region has a chance to be thoroughly mixed; but the outer region does not mix with the core.
