The navigation sensors may include one or more collision sensors and/or proximity sensors. The collision sensors may include one or more lateral displacement sensors arranged on a peripheral sensor ring to provide 360° collision detection, and/or one or more vertical displacement sensors. Utilising a generally circular shape together with a control regime which scans for the best direction of escape after the robot has become stuck(say in a corner) is especially advantageous. Furthermore, it may be additionally advantageous to detect the angle of any collision, in order to optimise the robots subsequent angle of movement away from the obstacle.

Stowage in a open rack location is carried out automatically by a rack servicing stacker. Retrieval is accomplished by entering the pallet number and unloading station for the desired material at the control console. By then pressing the "Start" button, the pallet is automatically extracted by the stacker, transported to the unloading station chosen and placed on the trestle. These automated sheet stock rack systems can be designed as dual-row layouts but also as a simpler design with a stationary stacker as well as single or dual-row towers.

In December 1974, the independent National Liberation Directorate [NLD] was reorganized into the American Department(DA) under the Communist Party of Cuba Central Committee. The DA centralized control over convert Cuban Activities for supporting national liberation movements and the efforts of regimes such as those of Nicaragua and Grenada. This DA was responsible for planning and coordinating Cuba's secret guerrilla and terrorist training camps, networks for the covert movement of personnel and material from Cuba, and a propaganda apparatus.

The avoidant symptoms of posttraumatic stress, on the other hand, may serve to regulate or control the impact of intrusive cognitive-emotional memories by decreasing contact with posttraumatic triggers through dissociation of environmental stimuli and by reducing awareness of activated CERs [conditioned emotional responses]. This avoidance mechanism would be most important in instances when early childhood maltreatment had precluded the development of sufficient affect regulation capacities, such that "normal" reexperiencing of memory would exceed the survivor's ability to regulate painful material, producing extreme distress and, ironically, eliminating the disparity requirement by making the current environment painful and subjectively dangerous.
