Many analysts are turning their interest to non-tariff measures(NTMs) or trade facilitation because nominal tariffs seem too low to make a difference, 5% being sometimes presented as the threshold below which a difference in nominal tariffs does not matter anymore. 2, record 1, English, - nominal%20tariff

Fair comment on matters of public concern or interest is protected from liability for defamation provided it is based on fact. These matters fall within two main categories; first those in which the public has a legitimate interest, such as government activity, political debate, proposals by public figures, and public affairs generally; second, works of art displayed in public such as theatrical performances, music and literature. In a democratic and culturally vibrant society, a discussion of these matters must be unfettered. In the case of the former, the public has an interest by reason of the nature of the subject matter. With regard to the latter, the objects of the comment have voluntarily submitted their deeds to public scrutiny. 2, record 8, English, - fair%20comment

2, record 8, French, - commentaire%20loyal

Muniments of title. Documentary evidence of title. The instruments of writing and written evidences which the owner of lands, possessions, or inheritances has, by which he is enabled to defend the title of his estate. The records of title transactions in the chain of title of a person purporting to create the interest in land claimed by such person and upon which he relies as a basis for the marketability of his title, commencing with the root of title and including all subsequent transactions. Under "muniment of title doctrine" when ownership of property has been litigated between individuals and title has been adjudicated in one of the parties, the losing party cannot relitigate the matter with those who rely upon the title of the winning party.(Black's 6th ed., p. 1019). 1, record 14, English, - muniment%20of%20title

A future interest is an interest in property in which the right to possession or enjoyment of the property is postponed to a future time. Nevertheless, it is a presently existing interest in the property and it is thus part of the total ownership of the property. The fact that a future interest is a presently existing interest implies that it confers present, as well as future, rights and obligations.
