CONT

Retroviruses, virion morphology and morphogenesis. The first classification of oncoviruses after their species of origin was based on variations in the electron microscopic appearance of the viral particules associated with different viruses. Four major types of oncovirus particles A to D, are recognized, and the viruses are subdivided by type in accord with their particle morphology. The vast majority of these viruses(such as RSV, MuLV, and HTLV) have C-type morphology. As a group, these retroviruses are often called C-type viruses. The particles of this class develop only as they bud from the plasma membrane. The mature extracellular C-type particles are 80 to 110 mm wide with a centrally placed core inside the envelope.

CONT

The international market is broadly split into two-the Group market(again split into the Group Independent Traveller(GIT) and Group Tours) and the Free Independent Traveller(FIT) market. Group tour visitors generally stay a shorter period of time-one night is the norm-and most Asian markets have a preference for this type of travel. Accommodation is almost exclusively in mid to top range hotels. The FIT market generally stays a longer period of time, and as these visitors travel independently they utilise a wide range of accommodation and modes of travel. FIT's usually come from the more established western markets however there is a growing trend in this direction from the more mature Asian markets.
