Core policy[ :] This refers to the "core" designation within the Commercial Fisheries Licensing Policy for Eastern Canada — 1996. It limits participation and entry in the less-than-65-feet sector to individuals who meet certain criteria so that the total number of core fishers or participants in a fishery remains the same. To qualify as a member of the core group, a licence holder was required, as of December 20, 1995, to meet the following criteria : be the head of an enterprise; hold key licences; have an attachment to the fishery; and be dependent on the fishery. Qualified new entrants to a fishery may acquire core status only from existing participants. 2, record 5, English, - core%20policy

Usually, the phrase "public nuisance" describes a criminal or quasi-criminal offence which involves actual or potential interference with public convenience or welfare. A public nuisance must materially affect the reasonable comfort and convenience of life of a class of Her Majesty's subjects. It is not necessary to establish that every member of the public has been affected, as long as a substantial number is.... One test is to ask whether the nuisance is "so widespread in its range or indiscriminate in its effect that it is not reasonable to expect one person to take proceedings on his own responsibility to put a stop to it, but that it should be taken on the responsibility to the community at large". 2, record 15, English, - public%20nuisance

The Pacific Flyway Council is an administrative body that forges cooperation among public wildlife agencies for the purpose of protecting and conserving migratory game birds in western North America. The Council is generally composed of one member from the public wildlife agency in each state and province in the western United States, Canada, and Mexico. Waterfowl use four major migratory routes(Pacific, Central, Mississippi, and Atlantic flyway) in North America. Because of the unique biological characteristics and relative number of hunters in these regions, states and federal wildlife agencies adopted the flyway structure for administering migratory game bird resources within the Unites States. Each flyway has its own council. 1, record 35, English, - Pacific%20Flyway%20Council

3, record 58, French, - Centre%20cambodgien%20de%20d%C3%A9minage
