A customary right of way is one which may be enjoyed by any member of a fluctuating body or class of persons provided that body or class is itself certain. It is regarded as a private right of way in so much as it exists only for the benefit of a limited section of the public, and it cannot be used under a claim of right by any person who is not a member of that body or class in whose favour it exists. Rights of way of this kind may exist in favour of the inhabitants of a parish or a town, or probably of any other district sufficiently well defined to be the local area of any customary right.(12 Hals., 4th, p. 24) 1, record 74, English, - customary%20right%20of%20way

Usually, the phrase "public nuisance" describes a criminal or quasi-criminal offence which involves actual or potential interference with public convenience or welfare. A public nuisance must materially affect the reasonable comfort and convenience of life of a class of Her Majesty's subjects. It is not necessary to establish that every member of the public has been affected, as long as a substantial number is.... One test is to ask whether the nuisance is "so widespread in its range or indiscriminate in its effect that it is not reasonable to expect one person to take proceedings on his own responsibility to put a stop to it, but that it should be taken on the responsibility to the community at large". 2, record 78, English, - public%20nuisance

Addition of nutrients is generally practised by manufactures either voluntarily or because it is compulsory under national or Community rules. Thus, addition of vitamins and/or minerals is compulsory for a number of foods for particular nutritional uses(dietetic foods) by Community law. At national level, in some Member States, the addition of vitamins and/or minerals is mandatory in margarine(vitamins A and D), flour(B complex vitamins, iron, and calcium), and salt(iodine). Technical amendments to the Public Service Superannuation Regulations are required to update the actuarial standard used to calculate interest rates in the determination of pension entitlements for eligible plan participants under the Public Service Superannuation Act. This new change in standard of practice will affect actuarial calculations in three particular circumstances; namely, the determination of pension plan member commuted values upon termination of employment; optional survivor benefits payable upon death of a plan member; and capitalized values of annuities or annual allowances where the monthly benefit would be very small. 2, record 99, English, - actuarial%20standard

2, record 99, French, - norme%20actuarielle
