Therefore, there is a necessity, especially in our country, to create medical information systems of a new type, to evaluate the functional state of operative personnel, their immunity to stress and their potential reserve. The achievements of space medicine, concerning the control of the health condition of crew members during long space flights, form a sound basis for the creation of such systems. The Institute of Bio-Medical Problems, which is responsible for medical maintenance of piloted flights, has the greatest experience in similar problems.
