The Compensation Employees’ Union was certified in May 1974. The CEU is an all inclusive bargaining unit representing all workers at the Workers’ Compensation Board that are not excluded by law. The membership ranges from cleaners, support positions, technical positions, officer level positions, physiologists, and lawyers. The union is a democratic organization.
