The Canadian Snack Food Association(CSFA) is a voluntary, non-profit organization whose members are involved in the manufacturing and distribution of snack foods. The World Customs Organization, established in 1952 as the Customs Co-operation Council, is an independent intergovernmental body with world-wide membership whose mission is to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Customs administrations... In 1994, the Council adopted the informal working name "World Customs Organization"(WCO) for the Customs Co-operation Council, in order to give a clearer indication of the nature and world-wide status of the Organization. The WCO has two official languages, English and French. However, Spanish is also used for Customs Valuation matters arising from the GATT/WTO Valuation Code. Spanish and Russian are used for the Customs Convention on Containers, 1972. Recently, Spanish was introduced as official language of the technical Committee of Rules of Origin.
