In general, proteins of animal origin have higher digestibility and a more adequate, better balanced supply of essential amino acids than those from plant sources. Whole egg protein is considered to have the highest biological value of all food proteins... Cereal proteins are often low in lysine and in certain cases they also lack methionine... The nutritional deficits of many plant proteins can be corrected or improved by blending together those which complement each other nutritionally. 3, record 2, English, - plant%20protein

The chemical compound nitrogen trichloride (trichloramine) is a chloramine, with chemical formula NCl3. A yellow, oily, pungent-smelling liquid, it is often found as a byproduct of chemical reactions between many nitrogen-containing compounds and chlorine. Nitrogen trichloride was trademarked as Agene and used to artificially bleach and age flour. When purified, it is highly unstable. 8, record 7, English, - nitrogen%20trichloride

Methionine sulfoximine(MSO) is a rare amino acid. It occurs in nature or as a by-product of some forms of food processing. A notable example of the latter was a former method for bleaching wheat flour, using nitrogen trichloride, the "agene process, "in use for most of the first 50 years of this century. "Agenized" flour was found to be responsible for various neurological disorders in animals, and MSO was identified as the toxic factor. 9, record 7, English, - nitrogen%20trichloride
