Register tester. An instrument which tests registers on Pentaconta and similar exchanges has been developed by Fematic. Register box 403 can simulate calls with MFC and MFP(y-code) as well as dial pulses and DTMF. It can make calls to a prechosen number and record fault statistics automatically. Also marginal tests with regard to frequencies and levels can be carried out.
