Solar retinopathy is a well-described clinical entity, thought to be the result of a photochemical injury to the retina.... It is reported most often following a solar eclipse, thus accounting for its sporadic occurrence. Less common cases have occurred following direct sun gazing. Cases in which direct solar observation has been implicated in retinal damage include :military personnel assigned to survey the sky; religious or ritualistic ceremonies; hallucinogenic drug use... ;mental illness; and matters of secondary gain.... Within several hours of solar exposure, patients may note a central scotoma in one or both eyes, though the dominant eye is often more severely affected. Visual acuity can be normal to significantly reduced... 3, record 9, English, - solar%20retinopathy

Medial tibial stress syndrome(MTSS) is one of the most common leg injuries in athletes and soldiers. The incidence of MTSS is reported as being between 4% and 35% in military personnel and athletes. The name given to this condition refers to pain on the posteromedial tibial border during exercise, with pain on palpation of the tibia over a length of at least 5 cm. Histological studies fail to provide evidence that MTSS is caused by periostitis as a result of traction. It is caused by bony resorption that outpaces bone formation of the tibial cortex. Evidence for this overloaded adaptation of the cortex is found in several studies describing MTSS findings on bone scan, magnetic resonance imaging(MRI), high-resolution computed tomography(CT) scan and dual energy x-ray absorptiometry. 2, record 73, English, - medial%20tibial%20stress%20syndrome

Formed in the 1960s, the Mujahedin-e-Khalq(MEK) is an Iranian terrorist organization based mostly in Iraq, where it received financial support from Saddam Hussein's regime. MEK's principal objective is the overthrow of the existing Iranian regime to replace it with a democratic and secular government. MEK plans to install the National Council of Resistance of Iran(NCRI), a political coalition of Iranian opposition groups affiliated with MEK, as interim administration and leader Maryam Rajavi as president. To achieve their objectives, MEK's past activities have included assassinations, armed attacks, hostage-taking, mortar attacks and hit-and-run raids against government and military personnel and infrastructure. 3, record 92, English, - Mujahedin%2De%2DKhalq%20Organization

8, record 92, French, - Mujahedin%2De%2DKhalq%20Organization

According to General Regulations 1835, Art IX, Para 41, this "book" was furnished each soldier in order to "... record the military history of its possessor..., "to wit, his pay, allowances, service and conduct. It apparently served as an individual pay and personnel record, not as an instructional manual or handbook. Administrative aspects of the 1835 Soldier's Book can be traced in U. S. War Dept General Orders No 10, 1835; No 11, 1837; Nos 26, 54 and 60, 1839; and No 30, 1844. General Order 15 of 1845(not on file) ended its use. 1, record 94, English, - soldier%27s%20book

The Fairchild C-119 Flying Boxcar(Navy designation R4Q) was an American military transport aircraft developed from the World War II Fairchild C-82 Packet, designed to carry cargo, personnel, litter patients, and mechanized equipment, and to drop cargo and troops by parachute. The first C-119 made its initial flight in November 1947, and by the time production ceased in 1955, more than 1, 100 C-119s had been built. Its cargo-hauling ability and unusual appearance earned it the nickname "Flying Boxcar. " 2, record 97, English, - Flying%20Boxcar

5, record 97, French, - Flying%20Boxcar
