An acceptance must be absolute and unqualified. Any modification or variation of the terms of the offer will prevent a purported acceptance from having the result of completing the contract; indeed, in such a case the purported acceptance is in law a rejection accompanied by a counter-offer. Further, if the modification is not agreed to, the offeree has no right to withdraw the qualified acceptance and give an unqualified acceptance of the original offer.(Williams’ Contracts for Sale of Land, p. 18) 2, record 1, English, - unqualified%20acceptance

Shrink-wrap license.- In the computer industry the terms of the software license are usually printed clearly on a sticky seal or are readable on the box, which is covered with a “shrink-wrap” film. Within the box are the disks and manuals and there is usually a notice that says that if you need to return the software the packages must be unopened with the shrink-wrap intact and that software with broken seals will not be reed. 2, record 3, English, - shrink%2Dwrap%20license
Record number: 3, Textual support number: 1 OBS
