Pulforming is an offshoot of pultrusion. Resin-wet reinforcement is pulled through female mold cavities. The molds rotate on a turntable. The female cavities are enclosed by co-rotating male mold halves placed over them, or the female molds are covered by a rotating contact plate or belt. Each part cures as the closed mold rotates toward a cutoff station. 1, record 2, English, - pulforming

3, record 2, French, - pultrusion%20courbe

The [continuous extrusion blow-molding] process has three subcategories : the rising mold method, the rotary method, and the shuttle method. In the rising mold method, the parison is continuously extruded directly above the mold cavity. When it is at the proper length, the mold rises quickly to capture the parison and returns downward to the blow station. After blowing the bottle, the mold opens, the part is removed, and the process repeats. 1, record 3, English, - rising%20mold%20method

Intermittent extrusion is the second basic extrusion blow-molding category. In this process the parison is quickly extruded after the bottle is removed from the mold. The mold clamping mechanism does not need to transfer to a blowing station. Blow molding, cooling, and part removal all take place under the extrusion head, which also allows the clamping system to be more simple and rugged. The stop/start aspect of the extrusion method makes this process more suitable for polyolefin and other materials that are not heat-sensitive. 2, record 4, English, - intermittent%20extrusion

The [continuous extrusion blow-molding] process has three subcategories : the rising mold method, the rotary method, and the shuttle method.... In the shuttle method a blowing station is located on one or both sides of the extruder. As the parison reaches the proper length, the blow mold and clamp quickly shuttle to a point under the extrusion head, capture and cut the parison, and return to the blowing station. With dual sided machines, the clamps shuttle on an alternating basis. For increased production output, multiple extrusion heads are used. 2, record 6, English, - shuttle%20blow%20molding%20machine

[...] a) Machines alternatives. 1, record 6, French, - machine%20alternative%20d%27extrusion%2Dsoufflage%20%C3%A0%20extrusion%20continue
