High Efficiency Video Coding(HEVC)... is a draft video compression standard, a successor to H. 264/MPEG-4 AVC(Advanced Video Coding), currently under joint development by the ISO/IEC [International Electrotechnical Commission] Moving Picture Experts Group(MPEG) and ITU [International Telecommunication Union]-T Video Coding Experts Group(VCEG). MPEG and VCEG have established a Joint Collaborative Team on Video Coding(JCT-VC) to develop the HEVC standard. HEVC improves video quality and doubles the data compression ratio compared to H. 264, and scales from 320 240 to 7680 4320 pixels resolution. 1, record 1, English, - high%20efficiency%20video%20coding

4, record 1, French, - codage%20vid%C3%A9o%20%C3%A0%20haute%20efficacit%C3%A9

Leaks... fall into two basic types : internal leakage [such] as a thin oil film is built into the working parts of a hydraulic system. This lubricates the mating surfaces of valve spools, cylinder pistons, and other moving parts. Oil is not lost through this normal internal leakage since it eventually returns to the system reservoir. However, too much internal leakage will slow the operation of the system and waste power through the generation of heat. In some cases, it may cause cylinders to creep or drift. Or it may cause loss of oil control in the valves.... External oil leaks not only look bad-they can be expensive and hazardous.... A small leak can also be the signal for a hydraulic rupture that may injure a person while putting the machine out of operation.... Every joint in a hydraulic circuit is a potential point of leakage. This is why the number of connections in a system is kept at a minimum. Components can leak, but care in assembly and use of new seals and gaskets during overhaul will help to reduce this problem. 2, record 5, English, - leak

2, record 5, French, - fuite

Methods that use vision to locate a workpiece and the sites on it suitable for gripping have been reported by Birk(et al.) They proposed three approaches each of which utilizes two distinct phases called the instruction phase and the execution phase.... The first approach, called appearance acquisition uses an instruction phase to calibrate the system to the appearance of the workpiece. The robot reorients the workpiece by rotating it in two dimensions while keeping the origin of the workpiece coordinate system constant. As the part is rotated in pitch and roll, sample observations are made. Proper grip are sites are taught by placing the part in its final position, moving the robot to the end position, and having it grip in the copying mode. The robot's arm joint positions are recorded, and the relation between the gripper and the workpiece coordinate system is computed. When this relationship is reestablished, the system knows that the part is being grasped properly. In the execution phase workpieces in the supply bin are viewed by the vision system, which looks for the features sampled during the instruction phase. 1, record 14, English, - appearance%20acquisition
