The Guide was subsequently revised in 2005 to incorporate recent developments such as the fit-up and space allocation standards, improved risk management and the analysis of sustainable development issues. The Guide was revised again in 2009 in order to incorporate enhancements in support of RPB's [Real Property Branch's] new corporate Real Estate Model.
