The Canada Company Military Employment Transition Program is a new initiative to assist Canadian Armed Forces [(CAF) ] members who are transitioning out of the military obtain employment in the civilian workforce. This coordinated program serves as a bridge between the Canadian Armed Forces and Canada Company's "CAF Friendly" employer partners. The mandate of the program is to establish, foster, and drive the connection and relationship between Canadian Armed Forces members who want to transition to work outside the Forces and the leaders in the public and private sector who will offer employment.
