Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 OBS
If the p value associated with the statistical test is equal to or greater than the alpha level that was determined(0. 01 or 0. 05, for example), this means that the association or difference observed may be due to chance and that the null hypothesis cannot be rejected. However, if the p value is less than the alpha level that was determined, the association or difference is statistically significant and the null hypothesis is rejected. 1, record 1, English, - p%20value

1, record 1, French, - valeur%20de%20p

In a study, the sample size and the alpha level are set according to the principle that a single null hypothesis will be tested at the end of the study, once all the data have been gathered. If more than one statistical test is undertaken, e. g. pairwise comparisons of several interventions, or tests on different variables, at different timepoints or on different sub-groups, there will be an increase in the planned overall Type I error(alpha) probability. Some statistical methods are proposed to take multiple testing into account, but they are controversial. 3, record 3, English, - multiple%20testing

1, record 3, French, - comparaisons%20multiples

During the first phase of rapid align, the liquid level signal controls the platform pitch erection. However... to avoid a large vertical error when the control of the platform pitch gimbal switches to the pitch pick-off in the second phase of rapid alignment, a phase reversal is required. The phase reversal is designed to keep all of the signal phasing correct while reversing the phase of the gyro pick-off signal. If the phase of the gyro pick-off were not reversed, the combined signals could null with a non-level gimbal and a non-vertical gyro spin axis. With the pick-off reversal, the same type of cancellation occurs but the gyro spin axis is vertical. 1, record 5, English, - gyro%20pick%2Doff%20signal

1, record 5, French, - signal%20d%C3%A9tecteur%20du%20gyroscope
