CSU 89 was created as the result of the fusion of CSU 8 and CSU 9. The two groups have different clients and still hold their own separate meetings. Part of Architectural and Engineering Services/Property and Facilities Management, Real Property Services. "On April 1, 1996, RPS formally implemented a new organizational model based on Client Service Units(CSUs) and Centres of Expertise(COEs). The CSUs are a dedicated organizational unit through which services are provided to a singular client or a portfolio of clients. The CSUs are supported by COEs which act as stewards of skills and knowledge in RPS business lines and program management. COEs manage a resource pool that may dedicate people on a full time basis to a particular CSU or provide services from ’home base’ to a number of CSUs. The CSUs are revenue centres and the COEs are cost centres. The NCA plays a national role and as such, the CSUs and COEs in the NCA are called National Client Service Units(NSCUs) and National Centres of Expertise(NCOEs). In addition to the provision of operational services to the NCA, the NCOEs formulate policy, establish national product standards, develop new/enhanced products and services for delivery to the CSUs and oversee their implementation. The NCOEs provide functional direction to Regional COEs in support of Real Property Services nationally. The NCSUs provide a focal point for national clients and furnish functional guidance to Regional CSUs. " 1, record 4, English, - Client%20Service%20Unit%2089

Performance share units... are similar to restricted share units, in that they are notional shares, have a value equivalent to a class of the company's shares(typically common shares) and are subject to a vesting period, which is typically no more than three years. However, unlike restricted share units, the number of performance share units that will ultimately vest adjusts based on the executive's and/or the company's performance as measured against pre-determined targets. 3, record 10, French, - unit%C3%A9%20d%27action%20li%C3%A9e%20au%20rendement

Plants use the 400 to 700 nm waveband of the light spectrum for photosynthesis. A simple integral relationship exists between the number of molecules changed photochemically and the number of photons absorbed within the requisite waveband regardless of photon energy. The preferred measurement for PAR is Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density (PPFD). This is the number of photons in the 400 to 700 nm waveband incident per unit time on a unit surface. Plant scientists, meteorologists, horticulturists, ecological survey groups and other environmental scientists are using this [Quantum PAR] sensor to measure PPFD in the atmosphere, growth chamber and greenhouse. 3, record 23, English, - photosynthetic%20photon%20flux%20density

3, record 34, French, - %C3%A9chelle%20temporelle

Reconstruction : HUD [United States Department of Housing and Urban Development] guidelines regarding reconstruction are as follows : The regulation defines reconstruction as the rebuilding of housing on the same foundation. Therefore, the foundation must be used, if possible. If the building has no foundation or if it is not possible to rebuild on the foundation, then the "foundation" will be the same location as the building that is being reconstructed. Construction of housing on a different portion of the land parcel would be new construction. The reconstructed housing must be substantially similar to the structure that is being replaced, regardless of whether an existing foundation is used(i. e. a single family house must be replaced with a structure containing the same number of units). Rooms may be added to a building outside of the foundation or footprint of the original housing if needed to meet local codes. However, additional units cannot be constructed as part of a reconstruction project. A structure must be present prior to reconstruction. 2, record 73, English, - rebuilding

Device enabling a larger surface area to be obtained without making large and unwieldy stacks of flat membrane. One only has to mould the membrane into a tube and then incorporate a number of such membrane tubes into a cartridge; liquid can then be recirculated through the cartridge and sufficient pressure for ultra-filtration obtained by restricting the flow downstream of the cartridge. In some systems the membrane may be moulded round a plastic rod which is grooved to produce a thin channel effect; it has been suggested that this is more efficient in reducing concentration polarization than a hollow membrane tube. The cartridge system has been used in various large-scale units with membrane areas of up to several square feet. 2, record 80, English, - cartridge%20membrane

1, record 83, Spanish, - regresi%C3%B3n%20lineal
