Le Fonds du droit d'auteur électronique a pour objet d'élaborer des stratégies permettant de rationaliser les mécanismes d'affranchissement pour simplifier la procédure d'obtention d'un permis d'utilisation d'œuvres canadiennes protégées par le droit d'auteur.
