Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation. The intent of this study was to develop and test a methodology to capture base information about student housing in Canada and the housing options available to students. Interviews and focus group sessions shaped the methodology for an online survey targeting both post-secondary institutions and students. The online survey proved to be feasible, and provided quantitative student housing data which was both valid and reliable.

Société canadienne d'hypothèques et de logement. L'étude avait pour objectif d'évaluer la faisabilité de l'élaboration d'une méthode de collecte de données pouvant être appliquée et susceptible de générer des données valides, fiables et actuelles sur le logement des étudiants au Canada pour ensuite évaluer cette méthode afin de déterminer si elle permet de rassembler les renseignements et les options qui s'offrent à ces derniers en matière d'habitation. Des entrevues et des groupes de discussion ont influé sur la méthode utilisée pour les sondages en ligne ciblant les établissements postsecondaires et leurs étudiants. La méthode conçue pour obtenir des données quantitatives représentatives sur le logement des étudiants au Canada s'est avérée réalisable et a généré des données sur le logement valides et fiables.

This workshop will survey a number of significant Web sites which offer online data and metadata search and retrieval, interactive mapping systems, interactive data visualization, and online data ordering. Dinoflagellates are single-celled organisms that have two distinctive flagella during at least part of their life cycle and/or a special type of nucleus called a dinokaryon. They are probably best known as a principal cause of "red tides" and paralytic shellfish poisoning. A glossary and an extensive list of references for modern and fossil dinoflagellate taxonomic references are included, and all information is hyperlinked for convenient browsing.
