The CRA [Canada Revenue Agency] Compensation Service Delivery Renewal Project(CSDRP) is a major investment project within the Human Resources(HR) Branch. A key component of the project is to consolidate compensation services for the CRA to two compensation client service centers(CCSC). The sites are located in Winnipeg and in Ottawa.
