Working time accounts offer employers an additional staff management tool, and can also serve as substitutes for partial and early retirement schemes. From the employees’ standpoint, working time accounts offer attractive advantages for life and retirement planning, can help motivate staff and keep qualified staff loyal to the company. The principle behind working time accounts couldn’t be simpler : employees pay time units and/or pay components into their accounts, out of current salary, bonuses, unused holiday allowances or overtime, for example. Assets are invested gross, that is, before deducting taxes and social security contributions. Employer and employee can agree to use the assets saved up to release the employee from work for a long period of time(long-term working time account) or for early retirement(lifetime working time account). 1, record 25, English, - working%20time%20account

The BCRs [Building Condition Reports] have been an invaluable tool to document the extent of "catch up" required and as a basis for the eventual development of a long term facilities maintenance program plan. Based on their analysis it appears that the accumulated backlog may still be as high as $200 million. However, the continued infusion of rust-out funding(now extended through 2006/07) is beginning to pay dividends. Along with DFA [disaster financial assistance] maintenance funding and capital or lease replacement, the backlog is being reduced as evidenced by this year's restatement of the estimated accumulated deferred maintenance... 1, record 26, English, - rust%2Dout%20funding

RRSP loans are generally offered at interest close to the prime lending rate, which currently sits at 4. 25 per cent.... It's a relatively low-cost way to pay for your RRSPs if you find yourself strapped for cash at the deadline. There's also a trick you can employ to lower your debt costs via an RRSP loan.... the big "catch-up" RRSP loans that some financial institutions offer are rarely a good idea. These loans, designed to allow investors who haven’t contributed much to RRSPs in past years to make up for lost time by making a big lump-sum contribution, can saddle you with a debt for years. 3, record 36, English, - RRSP%20loan

Grants reduce the probability of poor countries experiencing debt distress. As we are seeing in the cases of Niger and Ethiopia, countries’ debt levels remain at unsustainable levels, despite HIPC [Heavily Indebted Poor Countries] debt relief and additional "topping-up" assistance. Truly rare quality Canadian coins are very infrequently offered or sold. In many cases, rare coins may appear only once every few years of possibly only once every major coin cycle(5-8 years). The last sale of such an item may be meaningless as an aid to repricing such a coin in a "new" market. "Trends" for such coins are non-existant. Such coins are usually priced by relating them to other similar coins of comparable rarity and using historical relationships of pricing between the two to arrive at a "fair" asking price. In the end the price will be what a willing buyer will pay a willing seller. Considerable research may go in to pricing such coins, certainly more than looking them up in a Trends List. 1, record 61, English, - pricing%20rare%20coins
