CSU directors with help from subject matter experts serve client departments and agencies and are the point of contact for clients. Each CSU has a unique relationship with each of its clients : offering a complete real property services program or contributing to specific projects, as required. CSUs also have employees that manage the financial and administrative aspects of client projects.
