[A tuna] handline is a fishing gear composed of a single vertical line with one barbed hook at the distal point. [The line] must be strong enough to hold the fish and withstand the combined force of its weight, swimming power and determination to escape. Handlines can be set and hauled either manually or by [a] mechanized reel. It is operated by simply dropping the baited hook into the level of the sea where tuna are found abundant.

Both the French and Spanish make much use of the anglicism «drive», albeit not in a correct fashion : In English «drive» is supposed to imply a ball hit with a lot of pace to win a point outright, regardless of the type of spin used to accomplish this task.(The terms "shot" and "stroke", being more neutral, need not imply any added spin whatsoever) However in both French and Spanish, «drive» is often used as a synonym for "forehand"(shot/stroke), or like English it can refer to any hard shot, whether on the backhand or forehand side. A hook shot is a type of angle shot.

Next, the "dura mater," which is the thickest and toughest ("durable") of the layers of tissue protecting the brain and spinal cord, and the one which is outermost, is opened. Sky hooks come in many shapes and sizes, from small triangular shapes with sharp points, to others with flat points.

According to information supplied by a rock climbing specialist, a "sky hook" is the generic term in English for a whole assortment of rock climbing hooks including those with a point designed to fit into tiny natural or dirilled holes on the rock face.

OBS

From the various illustrations and descriptions and the information supplied by this specialist, it seems reasonable to conclude that the term "crochet à gouttes d’eau" is a specific French term for rock climbing hooks designed to have the point fit into holes in the rock. English seems to have no specific equivalent term but tends to use the generic term "sky hook", although some manufacturers have introduced more specific terms such as "Logan hook" and "Petzel hook".
