Prebunking is the process of debunking lies, tactics or sources before they strike. Its proponents describe it as a sort of vaccine for the mind that strengthens people's ability to think critically and makes them immune to most misinformation or propaganda. Like with vaccines, it is not necessary to immunize everybody : when prebunking reaches a critical threshold of the susceptible population, a phenomenon similar to herd immunity takes place : immune individuals do not repeat or deny false claims outright, preventing their spread.

This festival also marked the international debut of the song "Moscow Nights", which subsequently went on to become perhaps the most widely recognized Russian song in the world. During the Cold War many festivals were held in capitals of Communist states because of the enormous expenditure and coordination required to support a youth festival. As a result, by the 1960s the festival' s were accused of being a powerful tool of Communist propaganda, a claim that has diminished with the festival' s continuing after the collapse of the Soviet Union.

Zero defects is not a method of training : it is a method of rewarding employees who make no mistakes on their job over a given period-a week or a month, usually. The procedure is to mount a powerful propaganda campaign against mistakes and offer a really attractive prize to the worker who wins a zero defect competition...

OBS

OBS

According to Langscheidt, "Aufklaerung" has the special DDR meaning of "propaganda". In military sense it is "reconnaissance". But as the work of this directorate apparently corresponds to what in BRD is known as "Nachrichtendienst", "intelligence" seems most descriptive.
