A newer problem in document analysis involves assigning sentiments values (polarity and magnitude) to entities identified in a document. The problem with most techniques is that sentiment polarity is assigned to an entire document or sentence, whereas all entities in a document or sentence do not necessarily share the same sentiment polarity as the document or sentence as a whole. 1, record 1, English, - sentiment%20polarity
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 2 CONT
The term "polarity" is used to indicate a shape of the distribution or distribution curve; in other words, whether most of aspect ratings are : positive, or favorable(e. g., a rating of 4 or 5 out of 5) ;negative, or unfavorable(e. g., a rating of 1 or 2 out of 5) ;neutral(3 out of 5) ;or undeterminable. If the distribution is bimodal, there can be both a large number of aspect ratings that are favorable and a large number of aspect ratings that are unfavorable, with no clear majority, so that there will be both a positive and a negative polarity associated with the distribution. If a distribution is uniform, the polarity is undetermined indicating that the opinions associated with the aspect ratings were mixed. 3, record 1, English, - sentiment%20polarity

Because some bull customers want horns on their cattle, there are ways to manage horns to avoid problems. The oldest method is to use horn weights to train the horns to curve downward. Weights vary depending on the size of the animal and the horn and are placed on the ends of the horn and tightened with screws. A locking mechanism on the inside holds the weights firmly in place. Once the horn's growth is altered in the direction desired, the weights can be removed and the horns will resume normal growth. 2, record 7, English, - horn%20weight

Restrictive gastric operations, such as vertical banded gastroplasty(VGB), serve only to restrict and decrease food intake and do not interfere with the normal digestive process. In this procedure the upper stomach near the esophagus is stapled vertically to create a small pouch along the inner curve of the stomach. The outlet from the pouch to the rest of the stomach is restricted by a band made of special material. 3, record 10, French, - gastroplastie%20verticale%20calibr%C3%A9e

Although some continuous variables follow a normal, or bell-shaped, distribution, many do not. Non-normal distributions may lack symmetry, may have extreme values, or may have a flatter or steeper "dome" than a typical bell. Mortality is a key component to understanding population dynamics of fish species. Total mortality is often estimated from the sequential decline observed in cohorts of fish.... catch curve [methods are] used to analyze this decline... All catch curves have three regions of interest : an ascending left limb, a domed middle portion, and a descending right limb... The ascending left limb represents age-classes of fish that are not yet fully vulnerable to the gear used in fishery. Fish in these age-classes are said to have "not fully recruited to the fishery.

The idea is to compute the consensus ranking and then plot each of the assessors’ ranks against the consensus... Here, only a short overview is given as follows : 1. Identify the product ranking for each assessor and define a consensus ranking for the panel. A good approach to achieve a consensus ranking is to perform a principal component analysis on the matrix of all assessor ranks using assessors as variables. The scores of the first principal component are then ranked to give the consensus. 2. For every assessor, calculate the cumulative ranks in the consensus order and subtract the cumulative rank for an hypothetic assessor who ranks all products the same. 3. The cumulative rank difference can then be plotted to give one curve for every assessor against the consensus. 3, record 74, English, - eggshell%20plot

James Young Simpson(1842) adapted the design of forceps to include a prominent pelvic curve with parallel shanks and an articulating lock. The space created with the divergence of the shanks allows for finger positioning and control of the molded head of the fetus. They have an elongated and flattened cephalic curve, which provides minimal trauma in traction, and are best suited to deliveries witout need of major rotation. 4, record 75, English, - Simpson%20forceps

The credit for the invention of the precursor of the modern forceps to be used on live infants goes to Peter Chamberlen of England (circa 1600). Modifications have led to more than 700 different types and shapes of forceps. In 1745, William Smellie described the accurate application to the occiput, rather than the previously performed pelvic application, regardless of the position of the head. In 1845, Sir James Simpson developed a forceps that was designed to appropriately fit both cephalic curvatures and pelvic curvatures. In 1920, Joseph DeLee further modified that instrument and advocated the prophylactic forceps delivery. In an era in which many women labored and delivered under heavy sedation, forceps deliveries became common. ... When forceps deliveries are performed, Simpson forceps... is the instrument most commonly used for outlet- and low-forceps deliveries. 1, record 75, English, - Simpson%20forceps

Kielland's forceps [were] originally designed to deliver the fetal head at or above the pelvic brim, lying in the transverse axis of the pelvis and rotating it when it had reached the pelvic cavity. The forceps is used today for rotation and extraction of the head which is arrested in the deep transverse or occipito-posterior position. The blades have very little pelvic curve and are virtually an axis traction forceps. A large episiotomy is needed. The shallowness of the curve allows safe rotation in the vagina. Downward traction encourages rotation of the head. The claw lock allows the blades to slide on each other and correct or encourage synclitism of the fetal head as required. The range of movement allowed by the lock makes it possible to apply lethal compression to the fetal head if the instrument is used improperly 6, record 76, English, - Kjelland%27s%20forceps

The force of gravity continues the operation of the rotor blade, thereby reducing the rate of descent and allowing a successful emergency landing. The definition of luminance is the visual effect of the radiance and is commonly used in measuring the relative brightness of various sources. Therefore, we can refer to the relative luminous efficiency curve for normal photopic vision, and the luminance of LED panel can be calculated. For normal visual effect, at the peak sensitivity of the eye(555 nm) one watt of radiant energy equals 680 lumens(lm) by definition. The watt is a radiometric unit whereas the lumen is a photometric unit. At any other wavelength, this conversion is scaled by a value of the relative luminous efficiency at that wavelength. 1, record 90, English, - relative%20luminous%20efficiency%20curve
