[The] paper investigates the Maximum Acquisition Values(MAVs) of weeding robots and their determinants in both organic and conventional sugar beet farming in Germany. The MAV is defined in [the] paper as the price of the weeding robot that renders the same net profit as the current weeding methods. For [the] analysis, a Monte Carlo simulation approach is used, combined with empirical data and data collected from weeding robot companies. The results show that the MAVs of mechanical weeding robots for organic farming are substantially higher than that of spot spraying robots for conventional farming. 1, record 1, English, - mechanical%20weeding%20robot

Over a period of a time a flat bed (betting the same amount) on each race is certain to incur a net loss. That doesn’t mean that on a particular day you can’t end up with a gain from your betting. A "long shot" or two can make any day a success, but typically thay are few and far between. 3, record 2, English, - flat%20bet

GNP and NNP are each definable, not only as an upper-loop flow of product, but also as a lower-loop total of costs : to factor-costs such as wages, interest, rents, and profit(always carefully excluding double counting of intermediate goods bought from other firms by the value-added technique), there will have to be added all the indirect business taxes that do show up as an expense of producing the flow of products; and in the case of gross national product there will also be included depreciation expense, whereas the net national product will be less by the amount of this estimated expense. 1, record 6, English, - lower%2Dloop%20total%20of%20costs
