A technical indicator is a series of data points that are derived by applying a formula to the price data of a security. Price data includes any combination of the open, high, low or close over a period of time. Some indicators may use only the closing prices, while others incorporate volume and open interest into their formulas. The price data is entered into the formula and a data point is produced. For example, the average of 3 closing prices is one data point((41+43+43)/3=42. 33)... A series of data points over a period of time is required to create valid reference points to enable analysis. By creating a time series of data points, a comparison can be made between present and past levels. For analysis purposes, technical indicators are usually shown in a graphical form above or below a security's price chart. Once shown in graphical form, an indicator can then be compared with the corresponding price chart of the security. 2, record 3, English, - technical%20indicator

Technical indicators look to predict the future price levels, or simply the general price direction, of a security by looking at past patterns. We define a tropistic agent in an environment by a 6-tuple of the form shown below. The set S here includes all of the states of the external world, T is a set of partitions of S, A is a set of actions, see is a function that maps S into T, do is a function from A x S into S, and action is a function from T into A.(S, T, A, see, do, action) We can summarize the operation of a tropistic agent as follows. On each cycle, the agent's environment is in a state s. The agent observes the partition t corresponding to see(s). It uses action to find the action a appropriate to t. Then, it executes this action, thereby producing the state do(a, s). Then the cycle repeats. 1, record 6, English, - tropistic%20agent

3, record 13, French, - monolithe

Modular concrete canister disposal. Figure 11 shows the canister disposal option. Its main characteristics are that: . wastes are placed in concrete canisters that can then be placed either in shallow, below-grade trenches or above grade on a concrete pad; . there is a shallow earthen cover over the waste trenches containing the canisters (earth or soil may be mounded over the canisters in the above-ground version); . structural stability is provided by each canister; . the structure is modular in nature; and . safety may be enhanced in future by additional engineered barriers. 4, record 14, English, - modular%20concrete%20canister%20disposal
