Another side benefit of pasteurizing honey is that it will slow down the granulation process. Pasteurized honey will last longer in its liquid state than unpasteurized honey, which makes for a more appealing-looking product for both retailers and consumers. 1, record 1, English, - unpasteurized%20honey

1, record 1, French, - miel%20non%20pasteuris%C3%A9

Every winter, almost 25% of Canadians are infected with influenza. Thousands become seriously ill, and thousands die from flu related complications. Most people who want to improve their chances of having a flu free winter can benefit from the annual flu shot. The flu shot cannot give a person the flu, and side effects are minor. At high risk are seniors, adults and children with chronic diseases, and their caregiver. Without vaccination, they may face the possibility of serious or even fatal consequences, should they get the flu. A yearly vaccination is the only preventive mesure that has been proven to reduce mortility rate from influenza. 1, record 3, English, - Annual%20Flu%20Awareness%20Campaign

1, record 3, French, - Campagne%20annuelle%20de%20sensibilisation%20%C3%A0%20la%20grippe

By giving a cognitive enhancer, with minimal side effects, to people without a mental deficit, they may end up with cognitive credit, i. e. smarter. Some elements within the scientific establishment continue to deny the potential of cognitive enhancers. They believe that the optimal brain cannot be improved upon by throwing in, a "chemical spanner". But optimal memory can be improved, for example, by employing "mnemonics", which is as "artificial" as a chemical lift from a pill. Would they also resist cognitive enhancement by other artificial methods such as food-a "chemical spanner" if ever there was one-and education? The United States Congress has declared the 1990s the "Decade of the Brain". Smart drugs will, if regulated, treat a recently officially recognized disease, the Age-Associated Memory Impairment(AAMI)-a noticeable mental decline due to the normal ageing process. A futures analyst, Decision Resources, predicts that smart drugs could benefit 600 million people this decade, including 60 million people with AAMI, 20 million students who want to improve scholastic performance, and 270 million people hoping to improve their efficiency at work(Suppl. The World in 1994). 1, record 5, English, - cognitive%20enhancement
