The overturn collapse is a condition that occurs when a building is literally laid over on its side. This can be caused by a column tension failure or a shear wall overturning inadequacy. Spaces that were vertical become horizontal and vice versa. Elevator shafts become access hallways. The overturn collapse can be prevalent in liquefaction areas of an earthquake. 3, record 1, English, - overturn%20collapse

Record number: 2, Textual support number: 1 CONT
The pitch axis is perpendicular to the aircraft centerline and lies in the plane of the wings. A pitch motion is an up or down movement of the nose of the aircraft... The pitching motion is being caused by the deflection of the elevator of this aircraft. The elevator is a hinged section at the rear of the horizontal stabilizer. There is usually an elevator on each side of the vertical stabilizer. The elevators work in pairs; when the right elevator goes up, the left elevator also goes up. 4, record 2, English, - pitch%20axis

4, record 2, French, - axe%20de%20tangage

Once the new annex is up and operational, the two new phases will be split to handle processing on one side and shipping on the other. A new detached office will be built to handle customer relations, and the scale driveway will extended from its current 100 feet to 140. The driveway extension will take place first, said Borgen, which will necessitate the B-train trucks to use trackside loading while that takes place. There will also be an increased head drive on the existing leg, and an additional shipping leg will be added in Phase II. An eventual goals as well is to locate the Pool' s farm service centre at the elevator, moving it out of the city, said Sanders. 2, record 3, English, - shipping%20leg

The boxcar has a doorway on each side at the centre of the car; the doorways are approximately 1. 8 metres wide and cover the full height of the box. Before loading, the doorways are covered to the height the grain will be loaded by applying a cardboard or wooden lining(called a grain door) across the door opening and inside the permanent car door. The cardboard or wooden liners are supplied at loading stations by the railways and are applied by elevator company personnel. This procedure is known as coopering. 1, record 4, English, - coopering

Early elevators were 9. 1 metres long by 9. 4 metres wide, ranged from 15. 2 metres to 18. 2 metres in height and had a storage capacity of about 680 tonnes. Cement piers were used to raise them slightly off the ground to allow for ventilation and help control rodents. They were built with 5. 1 by 15. 2 centimetre wooden planks and 5. 1 by 10. 2 centimetre wooden planks. The 2 x 6's were placed flat side up, one on top of each other and securely nailed with spikes to give strength. This procedure was used for the lower part of the elevator; 2 x 4's were then used in a similar manner until the top of the elevator was reached. This method of construction became known as cribbing. 1, record 5, English, - cribbing%20method

1, record 5, French, - technique%20de%20construction%20en%20caisson

At the heart of the repulping operation is the pulper itself. The most common design, illustrated schematically in Figure 14-3, is the low-consistency pulper with ragger and junker, which is usually run at 5-8% consistency, and may be operated in either continuous or batch mode. Strings, wires and rags are continuously withdrawn from the stock as a "debris rope". Initially, a few "primer wires" are rotated in the stock to start the rope, after which the rope builds on itself. Heavy objects are thrown into a recess at the side of the pulper by centrifugal force; this material is usually removed from the "junking tower" by a bucket elevator or grapple. 1, record 6, English, - debris%20rope
