Transient receptor potential(TRP) channels are transmembrane protein complexes that play important roles in the physiology and pathophysiology of both the central nervous system(CNS) and the peripheral nerve system(PNS). TRP channels function as non-selective cation channels that are activated by several chemical, mechanical, and thermal stimuli as well as by pH [potential of hydrogen], osmolarity, and several endogenous or exogenous ligands, second messengers, and signaling molecules. 2, record 1, English, - transient%20receptor%20potential%20channel

A continual problem associated with any nondeterministic routing technique is the processing of a call in an endless loop of nodes called "ring around the rosey". Since this is an undesirable form of system behaviours, a means of punishing it must be provided. Recall that the network signaling requires that both the source and acceptor node signals or codes be sent with each call. Therefore, all links associated with a call that loops back to the source node will be punished when this so-called path loop constraint is applied. 1, record 16, English, - path%20loop%20constraint
