A celebration of the victories of Quebec farm women who, through determination and solidarity, are attaining the recognition they have sought for so long. This film of the National Film Board of Canada illustrates, through the stories of several of these women, how in the 1970s Quebec women became politicized, setting up committees, joining unions and creating an association and federation, gradually becoming recognized for their professional status as food producers and as women in business with their husbands.

OBS
