Test de transfert de la T3 (Test de Hamolsky) : Il a un double but : mesurer le nombre des sites libres sur la TBG (Thyroxin Binding Globulin), donc le taux de T4 totale présente dans le sérum du malade, mais aussi vérifier la quantité de TBG. (...). Le principe de la méthode est basé sur l'affinité préférentielle de la T4 pour la TBG alors que la T3 (tri-iodo-thyronine) est faiblement liée.
