The perpetual inventory records(of course, he did not call them that) were to be kept in a sort of warehouse ledger which was in turn divided into three parts. The first part showed an account for the wool purchased from different individuals, the account being debited for acquisitions and credited for wool put into process by both grades and quantities(in pounds). The balance was the wool unprocessed. The second part of the warehouse ledger was a manufactory record or account, in which the wool carried to manufacturing was recorded on the debit side, while the credits showed the finished product, which was in turn transferred to what we call now a finished goods ledger. The finished goods ledger made up the third part of the warehouse ledger, and was debited for goods finished and credited for goods sold still in quantities only, the quantities, however, being pieces of cloth and not pounds as in the materials account. 2, record 2, English, - ledger

Irrigation scheduling is the process of determining when to irrigate and how much water to apply. It depends upon design, maintenance, and operation of the irrigation system and the availability of water. The objective of irrigation scheduling is to apply only the water that the crop needs, taking into account evaporation, seepage, and runoff losses, and leaching requirements. Scheduling is especially important to pump irrigators if power costs are high. Common irrigation scheduling approaches include the following : 1. Irrigation on fixed intervals or following a simple calendar, i. e., when a water turn occurs or according to a predetermined schedule. 1, record 3, English, - irrigation%20on%20fixed%20intervals

3, record 3, French, - irrigation%20au%20tour%20d%27eau

While sucrose was, for many years, the main form of sweetener corn starch hydrolysis products-corn syrups containing varying amounts of dextrose(glucose) are being used by bakers in increasing amounts. In adding sweeteners to bread, a number of factors must be taken into account. Sugars vary in sweetness and in rates of fermentation. Both factors must be considered in arriving at a desired formulation. Levulose(fructose), sweetest of the common sugars, is about one and one-half times as sweet as sucrose which, in turn, is about 25% sweeter than glucose, three times as sweet as maltose, and six times as sweet as lactose. 1, record 5, English, - corn%20starch%20hydrolysis%20product

1, record 5, French, - produit%20d%27hydrolyse%20de%20l%27amidon%20de%20ma%C3%AFs
