A game tree is a representation of the possibilities of two players in a game, like chess. At the top of the tree is the current game position, and each arc out represents a legal move for the first player. In turn, these lead to new positions and new outgoing arcs that are the legal moves for the second player. These arcs and positions can continue until each sequence leads to the end of the game. 2, record 1, English, - game%20tree
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 2 CONT
As is usual for game trees, the tree is drawn inverted with the root at the top. In the tree every node has as its immediate descendants - its offspring nodes - all the nodes which are reachable in one legal node. 3, record 1, English, - game%20tree

1, record 1, Spanish, - %C3%A1rbol%20de%20juego

With the end of the Second World War and the closing out of its War Services operations, the Navy was again able to turn its attention to its primary objectives; continued support of youth training and promoting a knowledge of Maritime Affairs. The minimum age limit of the Sea Cadets having been set at 14 years, there was felt to be a need for an organization to cater to interested boys under that limit. Thus in 1948, the Navy League established the Navy League Cadet Corps for younger boys. This development was followed in 1950 by the establishment of the Navy League Wrenette Corps for young ladies. Wrenettes have since become integrated in most cases with Sea Cadet and Navy League Cadet Corps. 1, record 2, English, - Navy%20League%20Wrenette%20Corps
Record number: 2, Textual support number: 2 OBS
The Navy League Wrennette Corps was formed by the Navy League of Canada in 1950 as a cadet organisation for girls to complement the Navy League Cadet Corps of Canada. It had similar objectives to the boys’ organisation, and taught girls seamanship. The old Wrennettes organisation is now a part of the Navy League Cadet Corps: The Term "Cadet" is used to refer to both male and female cadets. The term Wrennette is no longer used for female cadets except in a historical sense. The term Cadet is not meant to be gender specific. 2, record 2, English, - Navy%20League%20Wrenette%20Corps

2, record 2, French, - Corps%20des%20cadettes%20de%20la%20Ligue%20navale

MILES is a system the Army uses for wargames. You mount a small box, the transmitter, on the end of the barrel of your weapon, and wear a harness that has several straps on the front and back with infrared receptors on them. You also have a key that is normally in the transmitter to enable it. The transmitter has a microphone in it, and whenever a shot is fired, the sound causes it to fire a coded IR laser beam. The sensors on the harness are wired to a box on the back which detects when you have been hit. If you are, a beeper starts sounding loudly. To turn it off you have to take the key out of the transmitter, thus disabling it, and put it in a switch in the harness. Then you are "dead", and have to wait for an observer to come around with a special key that can reset the harness. They can also use the God gun, which is so called because it can fire pulses that will "kill" you like the other transmitters, but it can also fire pulses that reset your harness(bring you back to life...) 1, record 3, English, - God%20gun

Principal Attitude Indicator Errors. Turn Error. During a normal coordinated turn, centrifugal force causes the gyro to precess toward the inside of the turn. This precession increases as the bank steepens; therefore, it is greatest during the actual turn. The error disappears as the aircraft rolls out at the end of a 180 degrees turn at a normal rollout rate. Therefore, when performing a steep turn, the pilot may use the attitude indicator for rolling in and out of the turn, but should use other instruments(VSI and altimeter) during the turn for specific pitch information. 4, record 5, English, - turn%20error
