The Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada(AUCC) is the executing agency responsible for the University Partnership in Cooperation and Development(UPCD) program. The UPCD program is funded by the Canadian International Development Agency(CIDA). The goal of the UPCD program is to increase the capacity of developing country education and training organizations(DCETOs) to address their country's sustainable development priorities.
