Intimacy coordination... is an emerging practice in television, film, and theater.... The goal of [intimacy coordination] work is to create a work environment where the actor(s) feels safe performing intimate actions or scenes.... the definition of an "intimate action or scene" can vary. It might have an even broader definition in a college classroom than on professional sets. Typically, intimate actions and scenes might include hugging, kissing, simulated sex, and nudity, for example. Many organizations also include scenes that involve sexual violence.

Throughout the Paradox Basin,... the phylloid algal facies consists of phylloid algal bioherms that vary in geometry from biostromal(flat and elongate) to a mound-like morphology with flat bases.... The biostromal algal-rich beds were interpreted to have formed primarily through the hydrodynamic accumulation of phylloid algal plates in response to currents and wave action in water depths of 5-10 metres. The biostromal beds are characterized by a wackestone to packstone fabric with more interstitial mud and a lack of an interlocking fabric of algal plates... characteristic of algal mounds.

One trained and licensed to prepare, manage, and either prosecute or defend a court action as an agent for another and who also gives advice on legal matters that may or may not require court action. Many of the terms listed above may be used interchangeably depending on the jurisdiction. These titles, and the rank and powers attributed to them, vary significantly from province to province and from state to state, thus necessitating a careful check of the pertinent jurisdiction's usage before choosing a term for a legal text. The following trends may be noted. "Lawyer" is a generic term. "Counsel", frequently used in Canada, may be a general term, or may refer more specifically to a lawyer who can plead in court. A "barrister" is a courtroom lawyer as opposed to a "solicitor" who is basically an office lawyer.(In Canada, both of these functions may be carried out by the same person). In some jurisdictions, "attorney" is used as a synonym of "lawyer", but in others, "attorney" becomes synonymous with "solicitor". Moreover, an "attorney-at-law" may sometimes plead in court. "Advocate" is the general word for a lawyer in Roman law jurisdictions(i. e. Quebec).

Mixers vary greatly in their design and action on the dough. Some stretch and knead while others cut and pinch, but the remarkable fact is that most mixers, provided that they are sufficiently fast, are capable of bringing dough to an equivalent physical state. Developments in high-speed dough mixing have led to mixers that are bigger(e. g. up to 1000 kilograms of dough capacity), faster, cooler, safer and cleaner. Advances and improvements have largely been a matter of refinement designed to keep pace with customer demands, government regulations, and practical production requirements. Although the horizontal bar mixer remains the most popular commercial design, "spiral" mixers have recently started to enjoy considerable success.

CONT
