"Net available supply" refers to the volumes of crude oil available to the market after taking upgrading and blending into account. Thus, the net available Canadian crude oil supply represents the total of WCSB [Western Canada Sedimentary Basin] conventional light crude, East Coast crude, synthetic crude oil, pentanes plus, blended heavy crude and blended bitumen, after local feedstocks and diluent requirements have been met.
