Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 CONT
A stabbing valve is kept on the work floor to put into tubing if needed, when the well begins blowing in. ... The stabbing valve must ... (a) be a National Association of Corrosion Engineers rated full opening valve with the proper threads to mate to the completion string thread in use; (b) the stabbing valve must have a pressure rating equal to or greater than the blow out preventer pressure rating; (c) extended bails must be used to allow string weight to be borne by the tubing, rather than the stabbing valve; (d) the stabbing valve must not be used as a working valve; (e) the stabbing valve must be stored in an area immediately accessible to the well bore. 2, record 1, English, - stabbing%20valve
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 2 CONT
Every drilling installation should be equipped with ancillary well control equipment consisting of... at least two stabbing valves with appropriate cross-over subs to fit each type of connection in the drilling assembly which should be designed to be safely and quickly installed in the drilling assembly and closed to isolate and control pressure in the drill stem to allow the kelly or high pressure circulating head to be installed. 3, record 1, English, - stabbing%20valve

Record number: 2, Textual support number: 1 DEF
Condition for working coiled tubing through a pressurized stripper, where wellbore pressure applied against the cross-sectional area of the tube creates an upward acting force greater than the weight of the tubing in the wellbore. 3, record 2, English, - snubbing
Record number: 2, Textual support number: 1 CONT
Snubbing usually requires an array of wireline blocks and wire rope that forces the pipe or tools into the well through a stripper head or blowout preventer until the weight of the string is sufficient to overcome the lifting effect of the well pressure on the pipe in the stripper. 4, record 2, English, - snubbing
Record number: 2, Textual support number: 1 OBS
snubbing: A term used to describe the process of removing or installing pipe into a pressurized well bore, using specialized equipment including blowout preventers in a special arrangement. 5, record 2, English, - snubbing
Record number: 2, Textual support number: 2 OBS
In this condition, mechanical assistance is required to apply thrust to the tubing while injecting or to maintain control of the tubing when extracting. This condition is commonly called "light pipe operations." 3, record 2, English, - snubbing

Once backpressure was put on the formation, it shut the production down. In our particular case, one of the reasons it did was that we had low formation pressure. We developed a casing blow system in which instead of conveying the flash steam for the well bore to the atmosphere to keep the pressure off the formation, we started collecting that casing head steam and its accompanying distilled products. 1, record 5, English, - casing%20blow%20system
